Remote Support Session

£40per hour (or part thereof)

Remote troubleshooting and fix attempt billed at the hourly rate.

Included:

  • Fast remote diagnosis and practical fixes
  • No minimum term or ongoing commitment
  • If a specialist issue is identified, fixed-price work is quoted before continuing

On-Site Support Visit

£85per hour (or part thereof)

Hands-on visit to diagnose and resolve your issue where possible. If we can't fix it on the day, we'll provide a clear plan and next steps.

Included:

  • Hands-on support at your home or business
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution where possible
  • Clear price approval before any additional chargeable work

Important Notes

Your quote and invoice will clearly confirm VAT treatment (where applicable).

Hardware, software licences, and third-party subscriptions are charged separately unless stated.

Out-of-hours and urgent same-day requests may carry an uplift depending on availability.

Larger rollouts and project work are quoted separately with a scoped fixed quote before chargeable work starts.
